What Happens if I win an online bid?
Following your purchase our staff will call you to make payment and transport arrangements.
All payments must be made with credit card, know there is a 3.75% fee on top of your 5% online fee. If you plan to pick up your horse following the sale or on Sunday you can pay by cash, check or credit card. Payments by cash or check will waive the 3.75% fee.
There is a $12.00 mailing fee for all registered horses for your papers to be sent priority mail with tracking.
If you pay by cash you will receive all paperwork at the sale following payment. All other forms of payment will be mailed their horses paperwork via USPS priority mail once payment has cleared our bank.

We offer in person bidding at all our sales.
There is no cost to register, visit the office to get your bidders number.
Please have your license ready and be sure to give us your current address.
Horses traveling out of state will need a health certificate. We will have a vet onsite to complete the health certificate at YOUR expense.
ALL HORSES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUNDS BY SUNDAY AT 11:00am
All horses in stalls after 11am will be charged a $30 stall fee.
