By Signing this document you agree to the Preferred Session Agreement & our terms and conditions. A signed copy must be emailed to us or signed at check in.
Any horse submitted for the Preferred Session without reading and understanding the Preferred Session Consignment Agreement will be rejected immediately and not allowed to be in the Preferred Session under any circumstances. This session is for ELITE horses and our team expects consignments to be ELITE. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us! We want to advertise Preferred Horses as much as possible and we cannot do so with incomplete consignments, however we also cannot extend our deadline. So, if you are waiting on professional pictures, videos, current coggins, etc. we prefer you submit your horse and email us with that information so we are aware that you know it was not submitted fully. 
We truly appreciate your business and believe that if you are professional enough to handle this consignment process, the entire auction will be a better experience for both buyer and seller.

This information will be used for listed consignor as well as the name & address checks will be mailed to. Please email ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com if you would like to be listed as an agent or if you are the trainer and would like the check mailed to the owner.

It is very important that the name & age on your coggins matches the consigned horse. If your coggins lists a barn name that should be the horses current barn name. Grade horses with mismatches could be turned away as the coggins is the documentation for your submission.  All horses sold must have a current coggins dated within ONE year by Sale day!! If you are having a fresh coggins test done, you do not need to attach here, it just MUST BE ACCURATE by sale check in. Only original yellow coggins or COLOR copy global vet link coggins will be accepted by the state of Florida. You must bring these with you, as you cannot just show the digital copy on your phone or provide a copy of yellow coggins! If you have questions please email ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com and we will assist to the best of our ability. The sale will not be responsible for incorrect coggins as this is a FLORIDA regulation not an Ocala Horse Sale regulation. 

 ONLY YOUTUBE VIDEOS ARE ACCEPTED
Preferred Session Horses MUST have a professional 2-3 min+ video submitted at least 10 days prior to the sale. 
A 2-3 minute video of your horse helps potential buyers see your consignment in action! This is the only way we can ensure all potential buyers can view your video. Video will also be played live while your horse is in the sale ring & for online bidders.  If your video is not ready at the time of submission it can be emailed to ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com. Once we reach 10 days from the sale date we cannot ensure the you tube video will be advertised.

If you are waiting on your prof. pics you can still submit GOOD quality photos of your horse so we can begin advertising!

Photo Details: We cannot properly advertise your horse without good pics. We may reach out to you via email if we feel we cannot post your horses pics you submitted. 
You MAY submit your consignment without photos, however know your horse will not be advertised until we have pictures. Please email additional pictures to Ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com   Please include horses name in email subject line.
